License Agreement | Creative Vector Studio

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS IS AN ABSOLUTE CONDITION FOR YOUR USE OF ANY PRODUCT OF CREATIVE VECTOR STUDIO.

1. Agreement.

This site is managed by Creative Vector Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “we” and “our” belong to Creative Vector Studio. This License is an agreement into and between “Creative Vector Studio” hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor,” and the individual or entity purchasing the digital design, hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee.”

Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital design (the “Design”) under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

You have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement when you have downloaded any of the Designs from Creative Vector Studio.

2. Licensee Representation – You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into this License;
The information you provide to Creative Vector Studio is accurate and truthful;
You will not use the Designs in any way that is not permitted by this License;
Your use of the Designs will not violate any applicable laws or regulations of any country, state or other governmental entity;
You will not resell, share, re-distribute or otherwise transfer our Designs as a digital file or as your own work;
You will not resell, sub-license, share or (re)distribute any parts of the digital files;
You will not use our designs for any derogatory or offensive material;
You will make products only for personal use or you will buy the designs with the appropriate license if you decide to obtain a financial benefit.

3. Definitions.

“Design(s)” is defined as a cut file or bundle owned by Creative Vector Studio which is available for download on the Site. Each listing includes SVG, PNG, DXF, and EPS formats of the files. They are compressed to the ZIP archive, so you need to unzip them before using.
“End Product” means the original end product or final derivative work you have created using your skills and efforts, some materials and Creative Vector Studio digital designs.

4. Permitted Usage.

The Designs are available to You through several types of the licenses of which contain the respective authorised uses and restrictions as indicated below:

Personal License

You may:

use our design for your personal projects, gifts, and other non-commercial purposes for a perpetual period;

You may not:

receive any financial benefits using our designs;
upload our Designs to any Print-On-Demand website;
used our Designs in logos, trademarks, corporate identity, and branding;
share the design with third parties, please, send them a link to the listing;
reselling, sharing, redistributing of our digital designs is strictly prohibited;

Commercial License

Select one of our commercial licenses from the license section. These licenses vary in the number of physical items you can sell worldwide over time. Additionally, we offer a license that grants you permission to use all designs available on our website.

You may:

make end product to get financial benefits;
craft any handmade physical items and sell them using our templates;
utilize your preferred cutting machine, whether it’s Cricut, Silhouette, or a similar one, to craft the end product using our digital designs;
use our design for both personal and commercial purposes indefinitely from the date of purchase.;
personally print or transfer our design onto physical items and then sell those items.;

You may not:

reselling, sharing, redistributing of our digital Designs
upload our Designs to any Print-On-Demand website.
use Our Designs in logos, trademarks, corporate identity, and branding.
share the design with 3rd party platforms or services.

Print-On-Demand License

You may:

generate up to 500 sales via POD sites;
make end product to get financial benefits;
by employing our designs, you have the opportunity to derive financial benefits from their utilization as an end product;
print or transfer our design onto any physical items and subsequently sale of those physical items;
utilize a print-on-demand fulfillment center to manufacture product to sell;
use our designs in logos, trademarks, corporate identity, and branding;
utilize your preferred cutting machine, whether it’s Cricut, Silhouette, or a similar one, to craft the «end product» for sale with our digital designs;
print/transfer our designs on a physical item with or without making modifications and subsequently sell that physical items;
digital use of the designs is allowed in strictly NON-editable formats. (like a .jpg or .png).

You may not:

reselling, sharing, redistributing of our digital Designs is strictly prohibited;
make the digital files available for anyone to download, other then uploading it to the POD site for selling;
use our designs in any way that is not permitted by this License;
use our designs for any derogatory or offensive material.

This license is an agreement between You (“Licensee”) and creative-vector-studio.com (“Licensor”). When purchasing an item, You will receive the rights to use the design(s) as defined in this license.

5. Prohibited Usage.

The description in this license covers most scenarios. However, it can happen that a scenario is not covered, or in case you are unclear if the product can be used, you agree to contact us at: contact_us@creative-vector-studio.com before you start using the product. This license may be updated over time with more use cases.
Designs or end products cannot be registered as a trademark in any territory. This license gives you non-exclusive rights. Other users can also download and use the Designs as well, so you cannot claim sole ownership of them.
